Adults are present, and in charge

Sessions are delivered with an adult leading and supervising throughout. Learners are not left to work unsupervised with AI tools.

The youngest learners do not use generative AI independently

At the earliest level the curriculum is deliberately hands-on and unplugged: children learn what a machine is by doing it themselves, and screens come last. Independent generative-AI use is not part of that level.

Where older learners do use tools, they use them in a supervised session and remain responsible for the work they produce.

Safe use is taught, not just declared

Privacy, personal information, misinformation, bias, verification, and knowing when to stop and ask an adult are taught inside the lessons and practised, rather than announced once at the start of term.

What we will not claim

We do not claim accreditation, certification or formal approval for this programme, and we will not publish one until it genuinely exists.
