Starting with the basics.
Jeel is hands-on AI literacy for kids in grades 1–12. Children learn to command a machine, question it, build with it, and catch it when it's confidently wrong. It's the opposite of passive screen time — every session is about doing, not watching. The goal isn't to make your child use AI more; it's to keep them in charge of it.
Four levels today: Robotics (grades 1–3), Explorers (grades 4–5), Trainers (grades 6–8) and Builders (grades 9–12). Each climbs the same ladder, going deeper as your child grows — and there's a programme for adults too. Not sure which fits? Tell us your child's grade at booking and we'll place them.
Both. We run group courses and 1-to-1 coaching, and either can be online or in person. We confirm the format and location with you when you book — so you know exactly where your child needs to be, and when.
Courses run in English. If language is a concern, mention it when you talk to us and we'll be honest about what works today.
The part parents worry about first.
No. A Jeel session is 50 minutes of doing: games, missions, building things, and arguing about the ethics of it all. Instruction never arrives as a lecture — a character walks kids into the task, then they're hands-on. Your child leaves having made or broken something, not having stared at a slideshow.
No accounts under 13. Younger children never sign up to AI tools — everything runs on supervised, walled screens we control. Managing your own accounts is itself a skill we teach, but only from around grade 8–9 up, when it's age-appropriate and done with care.
Consent-first, always. Anything involving cameras or recording is arranged with parents beforehand — never sprung on you. What children do stays inside supervised, walled tools rather than open sign-ups. Have questions about your child's situation? Talk to us and we'll answer plainly before you book.
The opposite. Some researchers use the term “cognitive debt” to describe the possible effects of repeatedly outsourcing thinking to AI. Every Jeel session trains the habit of checking AI, not leaning on it: give a clear instruction, verify the answer, and build what it couldn't hand you. That instinct is the whole point of the programme.
How the learning actually works.
Small. We keep cohorts small on purpose, so every child gets attention and no one hides at the back. If the exact size matters, ask when you book and we'll tell you the numbers for the cohort your child would join.
Something real, every time — and it grows with the level. Explorers build a structured question and a fact-checked research poster. Trainers train a model, break it, and fix it. Builders run their team like a start-up and ship a mini app or full project. Either way, your child finishes with something they made and can explain.
No. The kit your child needs is provided or kept low-cost — there's no long shopping list before the first session. If a course ever needs something specific from home, we'll tell you clearly up front.
It's the public showcase at the end of the programme, where children demonstrate what they built to a room that includes their parents. You don't take our word for what your child learned — you watch them show it. It's the moment the whole course points towards.
When your child needs a different fit.
Private sessions paced entirely to your child — for a head start, a deeper dive, or a confidence boost. With no group to keep up with, the coach follows your child's pace and interests. Read how it works on the 1-to-1 coaching page.
Same skills, gentler delivery. Children learn the same AI literacy as everyone else, but with predictable structure, sensory care, a calmer pace, and their special interests at the centre of the work. Prices are shown on each course page and confirmed at booking — we'd rather give you the right, final number for your child's level than quote something vague here. Pick a level on the courses page, or talk to us.

Life happens, and we're reasonable about it. If your plans change, talk to us as early as you can and we'll sort out the options. We'd rather find a time that works than lose your child from the cohort.
