Cohorts · for individuals

Join a small, working cohort.

Not a whole team? Take a single seat. It's the same programme we run in-house — a small, scheduled group of professionals from other organisations, wide enough to learn from each other and small enough that no one hides.

Running a team instead? Bring it in-house.

How a cohort runs

Weekly, live, and small.

Live and facilitated — not a video course you abandon in week two. You arrive, you build on your own work, and you leave with something finished.

  • 13 live sessions, weekly — 90 minutes each, each ending in something built.
  • Ten working sessions plus two build workshops — spreadsheets, and building live on screen.
  • Online and small — capped so everyone gets airtime.
  • Your real work is the material, every week.
  • A final project — one build you present, and a certificate.

More than a few people?

If five or more of you want in, an in-house run is usually the better value — shaped around your work and quoted per engagement.
